Note: As a service provider, we do not engage in the shipping or delivery of physical goods to customers' addresses.

2. Service Delivery

All our services are delivered exclusively at our club premises:

• Confirmation: Upon successful booking or membership registration, you will receive a confirmation via email or phone call containing your slot details or membership ID.
• Access: Please present your confirmation (digital or printed) along with a valid government ID at the reception desk to avail of the services.

3. Service Timelines

• Range Access: Provided strictly according to your booked time slot. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled time for safety briefing and formalities.
• Memberships:
Activated immediately upon payment and verification, valid for the duration specified in your membership plan (e.g., 365 days).
• Training: Scheduled based on instructor availability and mutual agreement on timing.
