At Bhucho Village Bhai Devinder Singh Sidhu Gun Club, we strive to provide clear and fair policies regarding cancellations and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making any bookings or purchasing memberships.
1. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans may change. Users may request cancellation of bookings or memberships subject to the following rules:
- Time Limit: Cancellation requests must be made within the allowed time period prior to the scheduled slot or service date. (Specific hours/days can be defined by management).
- Late Cancellations: Requests made after the deadline may not be eligible for any refund or rescheduling.
- Method: Cancellations must be requested via phone, email, or in person at the club reception.
2. Refund Policy
General Principle
Refunds are processed only in genuine cases and are subject to final approval by the club management.
- Service Non-Delivery: If payment is deducted but the service (range access, training, etc.) is not provided by the club due to our error or unforeseen closure, a full refund will be initiated immediately.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days from the date of approval.
- Verification: All refund requests are subject to verification of payment records and booking details.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Important Exceptions
Please note that refunds will NOT be granted in the following scenarios:
- Completed Services: No refunds for services that have already been availed or completed.
- Misconduct: No refunds for users removed from the premises due to violation of safety rules, misconduct, or illegal activities.
- Memberships: Membership fees are generally non-refundable once the membership is approved and activated, except in extreme circumstances as determined by management.
- No-Shows: Failure to arrive for a booked slot without prior cancellation results in forfeiture of the amount.
4. Mode of Refund
To ensure transparency and security:
- Refunds will strictly be credited to the original payment method used during the transaction (e.g., same bank account, card, or UPI ID).
- Cash refunds are generally not provided for digital transactions.
