Welcome to Bhucho Village Bhai Devinder Singh Sidhu Gun Club. Please read this agreement carefully before making any payments or bookings.
1. Authorization & Licensing Declaration
Bhucho Village Bhai Devinder Singh Sidhu Gun Club ("The Club") declares that it is a fully authorized, legally licensed, and registered facility permitted to operate a shooting range and provide professional firearm training in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of Punjab, India. All training is conducted on-site by certified instructors.
2. Declaration of Payment Gateway Usage
The Payment Gateway (PG) integrated into this website (bdssgunclub.com) is utilized EXCLUSIVELY for processing payments related to:
- Club Membership and Subscription Fees
- Enrollment in Firearm Training Programs
- Booking of Range Lanes for practice
Strict Prohibition of Online Sales
This website DOES NOT sell firearms, weapons, or ammunition online. The Payment Gateway will never be used for the sale or transfer of any firearms or ammunition.
3. Equipment & Ammunition Policy
- On-Site Provision Only: Any firearms or ammunition required for training, practice, or range use are provided exclusively on-site at the physical club location.
- No Online Ammunition Sales: No ammunition is sold or purchased through this website. Ammunition required for practice or training must be acquired directly at the Club's physical counter and must be entirely consumed on the premises.
- Return Policy: Unused cartridges must be returned to the staff and cannot be taken off the property.
4. Advance Booking & ID Verification
- Booking Fees: Any online payment represents an advance booking for training or range access strictly at our physical facility. No items will be shipped to the customer.
- Mandatory ID Check: Upon arrival, the customer must present a valid government-issued ID (e.g., Aadhar Card, Driving License, or Arms License). The Club reserves the right to refuse access to anyone who fails verification.
5. Strict On-Premise Rental & Return Policy
Zero Off-Premise Allowance
Under absolutely no circumstances may a rented/issued firearm or unspent ammunition be removed from the Club's property.
- Immediate Handover & Return: The issued firearm will be handed over to the customer directly at the shooting bay by a Range Safety Officer. The exact moment the training or booking period is completed, the firearm must be immediately handed back.
- No Vehicle or Home Transport: Customers are strictly prohibited from taking any issued firearm to the parking lot, their vehicle, or their home. Violating this rule will be immediately reported to local law enforcement.
6. Safety & Zero Tolerance for Misuse
- Strict Compliance: Firearms may only be discharged at designated targets within the assigned shooting lane under the supervision of Club staff.
- Definition of Misuse: Pointing the firearm anywhere other than downrange, reckless handling, or ignoring commands from the Range Safety Officer constitutes severe misuse.
- Immediate Confiscation: If any unsafe behavior or misuse is observed, Club staff will immediately terminate the session, confiscate the issued firearm, and escort the customer off the premises without a refund.
